Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room and maintain a sterile field for all surgical procedures.
• Assist in surgical procedures by passing instruments and anticipating the surgeon’s needs.
• Collaborate with nurses, surgeons, and the entire perioperative team to ensure seamless, safe care.
• Support post-op transitions and contribute to the overall efficiency of the OR.
• Keep surgical areas well-stocked and organized to maintain optimal readiness.

Qualifications:

• Unrestricted Surgical Technologist license in Colorado (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (can be completed upon hire).
• 2 years of recent OR experience preferred.
• National certification (NCCT TS-C or NBSTSA CST) preferred.
• Spanish bilingual skills a plus.
