Marketing Manager – Position Summary

The client is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead and execute all aspects of their marketing, communications, and branding efforts. This position plays a key role in shaping the firm’s public image, supporting business growth, and enhancing engagement through strategic initiatives. The role encompasses digital marketing, content creation, internal communications, proposal development, event coordination, and brand management.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership and business development teams to craft and drive a cohesive brand strategy tailored to the regional market
  • Oversee the end-to-end process for proposals and prequalification submissions, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Prepare materials and presentation content for project interviews and client-facing meetings
  • Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars to strengthen digital presence
  • Coordinate internal staff events and contribute to the planning of external industry engagements
  • Maintain and update the corporate website to reflect current projects, news, and achievements
  • Research, prepare, and submit award applications that highlight project success and company culture
  • Direct all project marketing activities, including coordinating photography, drafting project descriptions, producing signage, and gathering client endorsements
  • Manage corporate gift programs in collaboration with the business development team
  • Lead regular marketing meetings to align team activities and report on progress
  • Organize all-company meetings, preparing content in collaboration with leadership
  • Assist with new team member onboarding by providing up-to-date materials and branded supplies
  • Ensure marketing assets, project data, and team profiles are properly maintained within the Unanet CRM system

Qualifications and Competencies

  • At least four years of experience in marketing, or proposal management ideally within the construction or AEC industry
  • Skilled in producing high-quality marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong writing ability with an aptitude for producing persuasive and engaging content
  • Confident leading collaborative initiatives and cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of industry practices and terminology related to architecture, engineering, and construction
