We’re partnering with a respected hospital on the Texas Gulf Coast to identify a strong clinical leader for a full-time RN Manager role within their Labor & Delivery unit. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a compassionate team in a fast-paced, high-volume Women’s Services environment.

Ensure patient-centered, high-quality care across Labor & Delivery

✅ What They're Looking For

🎓 ADN or Nursing Diploma required

🎓 BSN strongly preferred

📋 1+ years of leadership or charge nurse experience in Labor & Delivery

🏥 Active RN license in Texas or compact eligible

❤️ BLS required (AHA); additional certifications a plus

💡 Strong interpersonal, team-building, and organizational skills
