A stellar health system in dynamic Kansas is actively looking for an experienced Regional Cath Lab Manager to join their leadership team.
Job Responsibilities
The Regional Cath Lab Manager will lead Catheterization Lab, Echocardiogram, and Electrophysiology departments at two campuses. Cath Lab volumes range from 40 to 170 cases monthly.
Key responsibilities include:
· Manage and mentor a team of Charge Nurses, Registered Nurses, Radiologic Technologists, and support staff
· Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
· Monitor and maintain supply inventory within departmental budget guidelines
· Implement and manage process improvement and workflow initiatives
· Collaborate with physicians and hospital departments to support patient care
· Lead training and professional development activities
Candidate Qualifications
The ideal Regional Cath Lab Manager will possess:
- Current ARRT certification or RN license
- At least 3 years of cath lab experience
- Previous leadership experience
