We’re partnering with a respected healthcare organization in Houston, Texas, to find a dynamic and experienced RN leader for a Nurse Manager position overseeing an Acute Care Telemetry unit. In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Lead and support a team of telemetry RNs and clinical support staff in delivering exceptional care

Collaborate with hospital leadership on strategic staffing, compliance, and program goals

Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to ensure professional development and retention

Champion a culture of trust, excellence, and accountability

✅ What They’re Looking For

BSN required

Active RN license in Texas or compact-eligible state

3+ years of acute care nursing experience (telemetry strongly preferred)

Previous leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Team Lead, or Manager)

BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
