We’re partnering with a respected, nationally recognized hospital in the Dallas area seeking a compassionate and forward-thinking Nurse Manager to lead their Cardiac Stepdown Unit. ✅ What You Bring

🩺 2+ years of acute care leadership experience in a critical care setting

📈 Progressive leadership and Magnet or Pathways facility experience required

🎓 BSN required; MSN or Master’s in related field preferred

🪪 Active Texas RN license (or compact)

❤️ BLS/ACLS certifications required

📜 National Specialty Certification (or willingness to obtain within 1 year)
