About This Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse Manager to lead a prestigious Stroke and Diabetes Specialty Programs. In this pivotal role, you'll drive clinical excellence while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment that transforms lives every day.
What You'll Do:
- Champion clinical management across our Stroke and Diabetes programs, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes throughout the care continuum
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, physicians, and hospital leadership to create an innovative, collegial care environment
- Lead 24/7 clinical operations, managing human resources, fiscal responsibilities, and strategic program development
- Mentor and develop nursing staff while maintaining the highest regulatory and professional standards
- Partner with ICU leadership and clinical departments to drive continuous improvement and excellence

Who You Are
Qualifications:
- Current California RN License
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current BLS and ACLS Provider Certifications
- 5 years critical care, neuro-telemetry, or emergency department experience with stroke specialization
- Progressive charge nurse experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
- National or state certification in specialty area
- Active membership in professional nursing organization
- Advanced leadership or management certification
