About This Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse Manager to lead a prestigious Stroke and Diabetes Specialty Programs. In this pivotal role, you'll drive clinical excellence while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment that transforms lives every day.

What You'll Do:

• Champion clinical management across our Stroke and Diabetes programs, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes throughout the care continuum
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, physicians, and hospital leadership to create an innovative, collegial care environment
• Lead 24/7 clinical operations, managing human resources, fiscal responsibilities, and strategic program development
• Mentor and develop nursing staff while maintaining the highest regulatory and professional standards

Who You Are

Qualifications:

• Current California RN License
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current BLS and ACLS Provider Certifications
• 5 years critical care, neuro-telemetry, or emergency department experience with stroke specialization
• Progressive charge nurse experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
• National or state certification in specialty area
• Active membership in professional nursing organization
• Advanced leadership or management certification
