💼 What You'll Do

Provide daily operational oversight for NICU nursing staff

Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care delivery using evidence-based practice

Collaborate across departments to support clinical excellence and efficiency

Drive patient and family experience improvements through staff leadership and accountability

Support staff development through coaching, education, and performance feedback

✅ Qualifications

BSN required (MSN preferred)

3–5+ years of experience in healthcare, including 2+ years in a leadership role in an acute care setting

NICU experience strongly preferred

Texas RN license (or compact) required

Specialty certification (RNC-NIC or similar) required within 6 months of hire

BLS required | NRP preferred
