💼 Key Responsibilities

Provide oversight of daily operations, staffing, and resource planning for the pediatric unit

Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and legal standards

Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and a culture of accountability

Guide the development and execution of clinical policies, throughput strategies, and care coordination

Support and coach nursing staff to maintain the highest standard of pediatric care

✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)

Active RN license in Texas (or compact)

BLS certification required

5+ years of experience in healthcare, including 3+ years in a pediatric director-level role

Recent bedside clinical experience in pediatric care is required

Proven leadership within a pediatric acute care setting
