Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Programs: Create and manage case management programs, including utilization review, intake or discharge planning, and managed care contracting 1 2.
• Evaluate Patient Care: Ensure that patient care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards 1.
• Monitor Patient Progress: Consult with healthcare teams and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes 1.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work with nurses, physicians, and therapists to create a seamless care experience for patients 1.
• Compliance and Regulations: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies related to case management 1.
• Staff Management: Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating case management staff1.
• Resource Allocation: Make decisions about resource allocation and funding for case management services1

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Registered Nurse
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in case management or a related field
