Job Description
Title: Temporary Content Creator
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish original content aligned with the organization’s voice and visual standards across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Create short-form video content, including Reels and campaign-specific clips, using mobile-friendly editing tools
- Design social media graphics using templates and brand assets
- Support content management, including organizing B-roll, maintaining internal image galleries, and light video editing
- Contribute to weekly content planning and adhere to submission deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative strategies and optimize audience engagement
- Provide administrative support on an as-needed basis to ensure smooth operation of digital campaigns
- May assist with setting up and monitoring paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field
- Proficient in digital design and video editing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and CapCut or similar tools
- Strong understanding of social media trends, especially for visual content on Instagram and LinkedIn
- Prior experience running paid campaigns on Facebook/Instagram is a plus
- Excellent time management and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Experience in the nonprofit or global health sector is beneficial but not required
