An exciting leadership opportunity is now available in Gainesville! Our healthcare facility is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Case Management (DCM) to lead a high-performing team of 40–50 professionals. This critical leadership role reports directly to Division VP of Case Management.

🏥 About the Role:

As Director of Case Management, you will oversee all case management functions within a complex and fast-paced hospital environment. This includes utilization management, discharge planning, and care coordination. We’re looking for a strong leader who thrives in complex systems and can partner effectively with executive leadership to drive performance, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction.

👤 What We’re Looking For:

• A seasoned nurse leader with a robust background in case management
• Proven ability to manage large teams and drive strategy across multi-disciplinary departments
• Demonstrated success working at the executive level (frequent engagement with the C-Suite)
• Someone who can hit the ground running, build trust quickly, and bring fresh leadership to a mature team
• A forward-thinking professional with a commitment to best practices and continuous improvement

✅ Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5–7 years in case management leadership, with executive-level experience
• Deep understanding of CMS regulations, hospital operations, and care transitions
