Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk—greeting guests, signing for deliveries, and directing visitors
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant and broader team on various projects and tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area, including overseeing kitchen supplies and breakroom tidiness
- Coordinate meeting setups and assist with scheduling needs as requested
- Monitor and manage incoming mail, packages, and office supply inventories
- Interface with multiple internal departments and visiting executives, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times
- Take initiative on routine office needs and identify ways to streamline support functions
Requirements
