IT Director – Infrastructure

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the infrastructure team responsible for networks, servers, storage, and cloud platforms. 
• Oversee the design and maintenance of enterprise-wide infrastructure architecture. 
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all infrastructure systems. 
• Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements (SLAs) for infrastructure services. 
• Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives, including cloud migration and automation. 
• Collaborate with IT leadership to align infrastructure strategy with business goals. 
• Develop and manage infrastructure budgets, forecasts, and capacity planning. 
• Establish and enforce best practices for system monitoring, incident response, and disaster recovery. 

Qualifications: 

• 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 
• Proven track record of managing complex infrastructure environments across on-prem and cloud (AWS, Azure, or hybrid). 
• Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage, and security technologies. 
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, automation tools, and DevOps practices. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
