Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Hospice Nurse Manager by providing leadership and guidance to the professional staff on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure the provision of Hospice and Palliative Care services are consistent with the philosophy, goals, and policies of the Hospice and Palliative Care program
- Mentor professional staff and partners with the Hospice Nurse Manager in guiding their growth and development.
- REQUIREMENTS:
- RN in the State of NY, BSN preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of Hospice nursing experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
