Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Women and Children’s Services, this is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced NICU Nurse Manager to be an influential change agent.

Key responsibilities include:

·        Oversee administrative and clinical operations of this active 42-bed Level III Neonatal ICU

·        Manage, schedule, and mentor a team of Registered Nurses and support staff

·        Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies

·        Monitor and maintain inventory, equipment, and unit budget

·        Implement and manage process improvement and quality initiatives

·        Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and hospital departments to support patient care

·        Lead training and continuing education programs for staff

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal NICU Nurse Manager has:

·        Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

·        At least 3 years of NICU clinical experience

·        Previous management experience
