Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) – Scrub

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Beautiful Mountain Community in the Western U.S.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional surgical nursing care in a supportive and high-functioning OR team.
  • Scrub in across multiple specialties and be an integral part of life-changing procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons and anesthesia providers to support optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families about surgical care and recovery.
  • Play a hands-on role in improving processes and enhancing team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
  • Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN or MSN preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS certification required (can be obtained upon hire).
  • Experience in both scrub and circulating roles preferred.
  • Prior orthopedic and multi-specialty OR experience preferred.
  • EPIC experience and Periop 101 completion are pluses.
