About the Role

A reputable and growing general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial and multifamily projects across Indiana and surrounding states. If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives on jobsite execution, client satisfaction, and team collaboration — this could be your next great move.

Projects span multifamily housing, mixed-use, hospitality, and other commercial sectors, with a consistent backlog and strong relationships with repeat clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead day-to-day field operations, managing all site activities and subcontractor coordination
  • Ensure projects are built to plans, on schedule, and within budget
  • Drive safety culture and compliance with OSHA and company standards
  • Conduct site logistics planning, scheduling, and short-interval planning
  • Communicate regularly with Project Managers, clients, and inspectors
  • Oversee quality control, punch list, and project closeout
  • Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and scheduling updates

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–15+ years of Superintendent or field leadership experience
  • Proven success delivering ground-up and/or major renovation projects
  • Strong knowledge of sitework, structural systems, MEP coordination, and finish sequencing
  • OSHA 30 certified; additional safety or first aid certifications a plus
  • Experience using project management tools (Procore preferred)
  • A proactive communicator who leads with integrity, organization, and field-first focus

Why This Role?

  • Direct access to ownership — your voice is heard
  • Company with a 25+ year track record and strong Midwest presence
  • Competitive pay + vehicle allowance + bonus structure
  • Clear runway for growth into General Superintendent or leadership roles
  • Supportive culture that values safety, transparency, and team cohesion
