Job Description

Overview

  • Join a dynamic Investor Services team managing client and account events across diverse portfolios, including Institutional Equity, Fixed Income, and Retail Funds.
  • Serve as a key coordinator ensuring events are executed accurately, on time, and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Engage in problem-solving, risk management, and teamwork to deliver impactful client experiences and operational excellence.
  • Develop expertise in systems and applications, supporting seamless execution of account-related activities.
  • Contribute to the creation, testing, and implementation of innovative systems enhancing workflows and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery of client events.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, fostering collaboration and mentorship while supporting flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate account events such as onboardings, terminations, asset transfers, and strategy updates across multiple products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Client Service, Portfolio Management, and Compliance to prepare and execute account events.
  • Partner with external stakeholders like clients and custodians to ensure accurate and timely delivery of client events.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of systems and applications to support operational tasks effectively.
  • Identify and resolve issues during workflows, escalating to management when necessary to minimize risks.
  • Enhance procedures by identifying areas of risk and recommending improvements to strengthen processes.
  • Ensure documentation, checklists, and procedures are accurate, clear, and up-to-date for operational consistency.
  • Communicate effectively with production teams to ensure seamless transitions and positive client experiences.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred, demonstrating foundational knowledge in financial operations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Asset Management Operations, showcasing expertise in managing account activities.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess unique situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative approach with proven communication skills to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of workflows, downstream impacts, and system applications to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
  • Adherence to a hybrid work model, supporting in-person collaboration and remote flexibility.
