Overview

  • Join a leading law firm as a Revenue Coordinator, managing billing processes and ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Work onsite in Chicago three days a week, collaborating with attorneys and clients.
  • Contribute to optimizing cash flow and maintaining compliance with client guidelines.
  • Handle complex billing scenarios, including rate accommodations and write-offs.
  • Oversee electronic billing submissions, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage the full billing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client policies.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate collections to resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Handle intricate billing requirements, including client-specific requests and write-offs.
  • Oversee electronic billing submissions and resolve rejections promptly.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and clients to discuss billing strategies and address inquiries.
  • Provide professional support to strengthen client and attorney relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with billing guidelines and optimize cash flow processes.
  • Support the financial health of the firm through effective billing management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of billing experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with Elite 3E or similar systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with attorneys, clients, and finance teams.
  • Adaptability and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with eBilling systems like eBillingHub or similar is advantageous.
