- Support internal communications about learning opportunities and resources for employees and attorneys.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Collaborate with Legal Training and Employee Talent Development teams to create tailored learning initiatives.
- Design and develop training materials for diverse audiences, including attorneys and business professionals.
- Manage project timelines and instructional design for training programs and workshops.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and learning data analysis.
- Maintain strong relationships with subject matter experts and department leaders to align learning goals.
- Support CLE programs by reviewing materials, tracking attendance, and maintaining compliance records.
- Stay updated on best practices in adult learning theory and professional services development trends.
- Assist in establishing learning paths for leaders and individual contributors across the firm.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a learning and development role within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proven skills in designing, developing, and evaluating training programs and materials.
- Strong project management abilities to handle concurrent initiatives and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and writing skills for effective collaboration and content creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning technologies.
- Knowledge of CLE program requirements is highly preferred.
- Occasional travel required for attending training events and live workshops.
