Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with precision.
- Oversee AP/AR, payroll, inventory, and fixed asset management functions.
- Develop financial models for strategic initiatives and scenario planning.
- Provide insights on cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization strategies.
- Evaluate and implement financial systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish internal controls and risk management protocols to safeguard assets.
- Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with leadership.
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements and management reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- Supervisory experience managing a team of accountants or analysts.
- Wholesale industry experience with royalty and factoring knowledge preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills required; proficiency will be tested.
- QuickBooks experience and CPA certification are advantageous.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills essential.
- On-site work arrangement with potential for growth into VP of Finance.
