Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage daily operations of the department, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies.
- Lead a team of eight, fostering collaboration and professional growth among team members.
- Utilize Jack Henry and other banking systems to optimize operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present detailed policy memos and procedures to support organizational goals.
- Handle customer and branch calls, providing solutions and maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with dual control policies and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with multiple departments to achieve operational objectives and resolve issues.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking operations or related field.
- Proficiency in Jack Henry software and knowledge of Fed EUAC, FIS, and TCH systems.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office for documentation and communication tasks.
- Ability to manage a team effectively, fostering collaboration and achieving goals.
- Exceptional communication and comprehension skills for handling inquiries and preparing memos.
- Associate degree preferred; banking experience is required.
- Capability to work onsite, adhering to a full-time schedule of 8am to 6pm.
