Project Manager

Overview

• Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects ranging from $100K to $15M, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules tailored to their needs.
• Work on-site at the Ft Myers office daily, overseeing projects across Sarasota to Naples regions.
• Contribute to the growth of the company by managing larger-scale projects and expanding the client base.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards throughout all phases of construction.
• Utilize your expertise in ground-up construction to deliver high-quality results for commercial sector projects.
• Coordinate and manage resources effectively to handle multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.
• Monitor project progress, addressing challenges proactively to maintain schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure resource availability and efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and solutions.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
• Manage project finances, including cost tracking, invoicing, and budget adjustments as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance project efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably in Florida.
• Proven expertise in ground-up construction projects, managing budgets and schedules effectively.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from $100K to $15M.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning and tracking progress.
• Comfortable working on-site daily at the Ft Myers office and traveling within the region.
