Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects across diverse commercial sectors including K-12, higher education, healthcare, and light industrial facilities.
  • Ensure the successful execution of on-site construction activities, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and budgetary requirements effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless project progression.
  • Monitor compliance with local building codes, regulations, and client specifications.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, fostering a productive work environment.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
