Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Retrieve and manage medical records from the hospital system as needed.
- Assist providers with payor enrollments and ensure timely completion of documentation.
- Support patients with billing inquiries and payment issues, providing clear guidance.
- Act as the on-site liaison between the organization and its clients, ensuring effective communication.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent educational background required.
