  • Collaborate with the back-end team, acting as the liaison between the organization and clients.
  • This is a contract position with potential for permanent hire based on performance.
  • Work hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform general office duties, including typing, mail review, and operating office machines.
  • Retrieve and manage medical records from the hospital system as needed.
  • Assist providers with payor enrollments and ensure timely completion of documentation.
  • Support patients with billing inquiries and payment issues, providing clear guidance.
  • Act as the on-site liaison between the organization and its clients, ensuring effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the back-end team to streamline operations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Follow directions meticulously and meet deadlines to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Handle multiple systems and tasks simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent educational background required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel, is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems, windows, and tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently in a standalone role within a hospital environment.
  • Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or candidates with minimal experience.
  • Must pass background and drug tests conducted by the organization before starting.
