Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
- At least 2 years of healthcare leadership experience preferred.
- Active RN License in the state of employment or compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
