Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Deliver prompt, professional responses to client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage tasks, workflows, and client interactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate financial transactions, including wires, ACHs, and cash management processes.
- Monitor client portfolios proactively, addressing needs or escalating issues as required.
- Administer private capital processes, including subscription documents and capital distributions.
- Support Relationship Managers by aligning on tasks, monitoring workflows, and maintaining client records.
- Collaborate with the Operations team on account openings, transfers, and documentation.
- Provide administrative support and contribute to firmwide initiatives as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role; 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency with platforms such as Salesforce, DocuSign, and NetX360 strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Technologically savvy with experience in similar program types.
- Adaptability and reliability in responding to changing priorities and conditions.
- Direct path to promotion within one year of hire for qualified candidates.
