Overview

  • Join a dynamic team as a Client Service Associate, delivering exceptional client experiences through precision, responsiveness, and collaboration.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to anticipate client needs and provide tailored solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to portfolio administration, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
  • Leverage advanced technology platforms to streamline workflows and enhance client service efficiency.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs, including financial preferences and family dynamics.
  • Collaborate across teams on firmwide initiatives, supporting administrative and operational tasks.
  • Participate in a culture of excellence, lifelong learning, and professional growth within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Deliver prompt, professional responses to client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage tasks, workflows, and client interactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate financial transactions, including wires, ACHs, and cash management processes.
  • Monitor client portfolios proactively, addressing needs or escalating issues as required.
  • Administer private capital processes, including subscription documents and capital distributions.
  • Support Relationship Managers by aligning on tasks, monitoring workflows, and maintaining client records.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team on account openings, transfers, and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support and contribute to firmwide initiatives as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Salesforce, DocuSign, and NetX360 strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Technologically savvy with experience in similar program types.
  • Adaptability and reliability in responding to changing priorities and conditions.
  • Direct path to promotion within one year of hire for qualified candidates.
