Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage aspects of the purchase-to-pay cycle, including vendor contracting, invoicing, and account reconciliations.
- Oversee monthly financial close processes, ensuring accuracy in balance sheet reviews and financial statements.
- Record journal entries related to accounts payable and accruals, maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
- Analyze costs and develop reporting mechanisms to support management decision-making.
- Implement and document control processes across various organizational functions.

- Drive optimization and process improvement initiatives within the finance department.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with 7 years preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience in financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coach teams effectively.
- Proficiency in analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience in process optimization and automation within finance functions.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with onsite presence as required.
