Overview

• Lead field operations for electrical construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain efficient project workflows.
• Uphold safety standards and enforce policies to ensure a secure work environment.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks throughout project stages.
• Collaborate with project managers to resolve field issues and optimize operations.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
• Ensure effective utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily field operations for electrical construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and specifications.
• Lead and coordinate electrical crews, subcontractors, and vendors effectively.
• Enforce safety policies to maintain a secure work environment.
• Review project plans and drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure high standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to address and resolve field challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including field logs and schedules.
• Optimize the use of resources, including materials and manpower.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications are advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in electrical construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and installation methods.
• Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality control in all operations.
• Proficiency with construction technology platforms is preferred.
• Company truck and gas card provided for work-related travel.
