Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects using industry-standard methodologies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience within a construction organization.
• Preferred 10 years of experience in construction estimating or related roles.
• Strong conceptual ability to provide estimates with limited initial information.
• Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
