Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Support and execute CFO and Accounting Services engagements, delivering tailored solutions to meet client objectives and enhance financial operations.
- Prepare comprehensive client deliverables, including financial analyses, reports, and strategic recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
- Improve and implement internal processes, procedures, and templates to optimize firm operations and service delivery.
- Actively participate in business development efforts, identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and grow the firm's portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of accounting systems and processes during client engagements.
- Contribute to company operations and strategy, providing insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Engage in historical accounting clean-up tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial records and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial advisory roles; 8 years preferred.
- Proficiency in financial planning and analysis, accounting systems implementation, and post-M&A transaction integrations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare detailed financial reports and deliverables.
- Experience in improving and implementing internal processes and procedures within an advisory or accounting firm.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work on-site at client locations, contributing to hands-on financial operations and strategy implementation.
