Job Description

Overview

  • Manage and support medical tactical plans in collaboration with senior medical leadership.
  • Coordinate and implement specific projects ensuring timely execution and quality delivery.
  • Develop and contribute to scientific presentations and materials for medical affairs.
  • Provide operational support to facilitate effective medical workstream meetings.
  • Maintain project-related correspondence and documentation for assigned initiatives.
  • Track budgets and manage vendor payments for medical affairs projects.
  • Collaborate in planning medical conferences and executing related activities.
  • Manage contracting agreements and maintain the Medical HQ SharePoint site.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and monitor execution of medical tactical plans in collaboration with leadership.
  • Coordinate project implementation ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to scientific content creation including presentations and documentation.
  • Support effective operation of medical workstream meetings and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of project-related correspondence and documentation.
  • Manage budgets and vendor processes for assigned medical affairs projects.
  • Collaborate in planning and executing medical conferences and activities.
  • Ensure proper management of contracting agreements and SharePoint site maintenance.

Job Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree is required for this position.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical affairs or related field.
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in a similar role or capacity.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and vendor processes effectively.
  • Experience in scientific content creation and project coordination.
  • Ability to manage contracting agreements and maintain organizational systems.
  • Strong collaboration skills to support medical conference planning and execution.
  • Hybrid work arrangement requiring 2-3 days onsite weekly, including Wednesdays.
