Overview
- Lead multiple projects focused on packaging and labeling changes in a medical device production environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met effectively and efficiently.
- Manage a team of 15-20 professionals across various business areas to achieve project objectives.
- Oversee operational aspects of projects, including planning, scheduling, and reporting.
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring progress and resolving issues to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering talent development and engagement.
- Implement strategies to improve consistency and efficiency in project deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align on project objectives and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage 5-7 concurrent projects related to labeling, IFU, and packaging changes.
- Review project status, budgets, and schedules, preparing comprehensive status reports.
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity and quality objectives.
- Lead efforts to establish operational plans and implement policies and strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget through effective planning and execution.
- Provide tactical and operational leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Propose modifications to operating policies and processes to enhance project outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in the medical device industry.
- Proficiency in MS Project for effective project planning and tracking.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 15-20 members.
- Ability to assess complex issues and develop effective resolutions to meet objectives.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of operational and strategic project management practices.
