Job Description

Overview

  • Lead multiple projects focused on packaging and labeling changes in a medical device production environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage a team of 15-20 professionals across various business areas to achieve project objectives.
  • Oversee operational aspects of projects, including planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring progress and resolving issues to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering talent development and engagement.
  • Implement strategies to improve consistency and efficiency in project deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align on project objectives and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage 5-7 concurrent projects related to labeling, IFU, and packaging changes.
  • Review project status, budgets, and schedules, preparing comprehensive status reports.
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity and quality objectives.
  • Lead efforts to establish operational plans and implement policies and strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget through effective planning and execution.
  • Provide tactical and operational leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Propose modifications to operating policies and processes to enhance project outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in the medical device industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Project for effective project planning and tracking.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 15-20 members.
  • Ability to assess complex issues and develop effective resolutions to meet objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of operational and strategic project management practices.
  • Experience in implementing packaging and labeling changes in production environments.
