Overview

  • Lead multifamily renovation projects, focusing on capital expenditure initiatives and ensuring project success within established timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and maintain high-quality standards in multifamily property renovations.
  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives for capital improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance and project success.
