Senior Project Manager – CapEx Multifamily Renovation

Overview

• Lead multifamily renovation projects, focusing on capital expenditure initiatives and ensuring project success within established timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and maintain high-quality standards in multifamily property renovations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage multifamily renovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

Job Requirements

• Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; advanced certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a preference for 25 years.
• Proven expertise in managing capital expenditure projects and multifamily property renovations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance and project success.
