Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing, MBA, or Health Administration preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical and supervisory nursing experience; 5 years preferred.
- Current RN license in good standing in the state of Michigan.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Proficiency in computer systems and data analysis related to patient care.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff, patients, and administrative personnel.
- Knowledge of infection prevention protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
