Overview

  • Lead branch operations and drive business growth in a dynamic banking environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify business development opportunities and implement strategies to achieve branch goals.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with banking regulations.
  • Collaborate with officers to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Represent the branch in community events to enhance public engagement.
  • Conduct staff meetings to align team efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Travel to other branches as needed to ensure operational consistency.
  • Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent education required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or financial services; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish for effective communication.
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proven leadership skills in team management and development.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to other branch locations.
  • Experience in business development and customer relationship management.
  • Sign-on bonus of $5,000 paid in installments after employment milestones.
