Job Description

Overview

  • Contribute to impactful M&A advisory projects in a fast-paced environment, supporting private market investors with strategic insights and financial modeling expertise.
  • Develop high-impact presentations, CIMs, and process letters to articulate transaction highlights and strategic rationale.
  • Engage in transaction execution, client interaction, and negotiation, facilitating seamless communication and documentation management.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models, delivering valuation analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Coordinate due diligence workflows, ensuring timely completion of milestones and managing stakeholder deliverables.
  • Conduct industry and company research to support valuation analysis and strategic positioning.
  • Maintain databases of comparable transactions, public company statistics, and industry benchmarks.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, combining remote flexibility with on-site collaboration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and deliver high-impact PowerPoint presentations for client pitches and investor communications.
  • Prepare CIMs, process letters, and bid analysis summaries to support deal execution.
  • Schedule and participate in management presentations and diligence meetings.
  • Coordinate and respond to counterparty Q&A throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation metrics and scenario analysis.
  • Manage information requests and track deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct industry and company research to support strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain and update target lists, creating detailed target profiles.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience, with 2 years preferred, in investment banking or related roles.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in valuation analysis.
  • Sharp PowerPoint capabilities for creating impactful presentations.
  • Working understanding of the M&A advisory process and transaction structuring.
  • Ability to manage due diligence workflows and coordinate deliverables effectively.
  • Experience in conducting industry and company research for strategic insights.
  • Proven ability to maintain databases and track comparable transactions.
