- Contribute to compensation and benefits administration, including open enrollment and vendor coordination.
- Work closely with employees and managers to address HR-related inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Assist in HR projects such as training development and policy updates to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Serve as a primary contact for HR policies, procedures, and program inquiries from employees and managers.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and performance improvement plans.
- Support recruitment efforts by drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including open enrollment and employee communications.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR service delivery.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports for organizational analysis and decision-making.
- Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement surveys and training initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Experience in healthcare settings is a plus but not required.
