Estimator / Project Manager

Overview

• Lead estimation and project management for interior construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for interior construction projects.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to align project goals.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for project challenges.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education in construction management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimation and project management; 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in construction estimation tools and project management software.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction processes and materials.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze complex project requirements and develop actionable plans.
