Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Handle copying and binding of transcripts with high attention to detail.
  • Perform scanning tasks to digitize important documents efficiently.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness within the mailroom environment.
  • Assist in the distribution and management of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in mailroom operations.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in operating scanning and binding equipment essential.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work onsite during designated hours consistently.
