Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Draft initial architectural designs using physical and digital tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to refine and finalize designs, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Ensure designs meet safety standards and governmental regulations, conducting thorough research.
• Utilize CAD software and physical drafting tools to create detailed structural designs.
• Generate and deliver comprehensive reports to stakeholders, detailing project progress and specifications.
• Coordinate with professionals across departments to align project details and timelines.
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach to identify and resolve potential design flaws.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) required; Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Successful completion of ARE testing and NCARB licensure essential.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in architectural drafting and design.
• Proficiency in CAD software and physical drafting tools.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and create detailed structural designs.
• Strong familiarity with safety standards and governmental regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
