Job Description

Overview

  • Provide strategic HR support to designated practice areas within a professional services organization.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Combine operational and strategic HR responsibilities to drive impactful outcomes.
  • Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning and performance reviews.
  • Contribute to global and regional HR projects aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze HR metrics to recommend strategies for improving satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to deliver consistent and effective HR services.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Partner with stakeholders to embed people priorities and shape the regional talent agenda.
  • Provide strategic guidance on HR matters to partners and attorneys.
  • Support employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Collaborate on attorney review processes to ensure objective performance outcomes.
  • Lead talent reviews, workforce planning, and skill gap analyses.
  • Contribute to onboarding processes and support new hires' successful transitions.
  • Engage in employee listening methods to enhance wellbeing and people experience.
  • Analyze employee data to inform HR strategies and improve business performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably in professional services.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office, and performance management tools.
  • Experience in matrixed and global environments is desirable.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize competing demands effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory standards essential.
