Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and senior management for seamless execution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management; 8 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail, restaurant, and light commercial construction.
• Proficiency in project management software and construction methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
• Ability to travel extensively and work on-site at various locations.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in construction.
