Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Implement safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction projects.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 7 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Experience with franchise retail and restaurant construction is a plus.
• Manager-level leadership skills to drive project success.
