Overview
- Manage construction projects including tiltwall, warehouse, light industrial, and distribution facilities with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve challenges effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Supervise on-site activities, including subcontractor performance and material deliveries.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve project goals.
- Prepare and present progress reports to clients and management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations and deadlines.
- Monitor project budgets, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.
- Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to address concerns and updates.
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
- Support the development of junior team members through mentorship and training.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in tiltwall, warehouse, light industrial, and distribution construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
