Job Description

Overview

  • Manage construction projects including tiltwall, warehouse, light industrial, and distribution facilities with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
  • Supervise on-site activities, including subcontractor performance and material deliveries.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to clients and management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations and deadlines.
  • Monitor project budgets, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to address concerns and updates.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
  • Support the development of junior team members through mentorship and training.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in tiltwall, warehouse, light industrial, and distribution construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
