Job Description

Overview

  • Provide administrative support to the HR/OS department in a contract role.
  • Coordinate executive schedules, high-level meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, ensuring professional assistance.
  • Prepare materials for board meetings and leadership updates.
  • Support special projects and cross-functional teamwork initiatives.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations as directed.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with medical, background, and credentialing processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage executive leadership calendars and coordinate logistics for meetings.
  • Act as the primary contact for inquiries from staff, residents, and visitors.
  • Assist in preparing board meeting materials and leadership updates.
  • Support leadership-driven special projects and initiatives.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, memoranda, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent administrative experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a similar role.

  • Strong communication skills for professional and courteous assistance.
  • Ability to prepare detailed reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
