Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout project phases.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve objectives within constraints.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring continuity and success in mission-critical operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a preference for 25 years of experience.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects successfully.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and team collaboration.
• Experience in mission-critical environments, demonstrating accountability and precision under pressure.
