Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
  • Administer physical therapy treatments and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to enhance recovery and prevent future injuries.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards in all aspects of physical therapy practice.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
  • Unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Colorado or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; may be obtained upon hire.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy; 2 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry standards.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
