POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Professional Services Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting division specializing in professional services staffing. This role offers an excellent opportunity to connect with top-tier professionals across industries such as human resources, marketing, sales, and legal support. The ideal candidate is motivated, eager to learn, and possesses a strong understanding of workforce solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for professional services roles, including sourcing, screening, and placement of qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to source and manage candidate pipelines effectively.
  • Develop creative strategies to attract both active and passive candidates in the professional services sector.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and implement process improvements for better outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed guidance to clients and candidates.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance recruiting skills and industry knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in professional services recruiting or related areas.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of professional services industries and workforce trends.
  • Motivated and eager to learn, with a collaborative and results-driven mindset.
